L&B Mechanical | Brooklyn NY | Water Heater Installation | Plumbing

Very professional and highly recommended. Trust me you wouldn’t regret!!!

Super professional, fast and personable owner. He made time to replace my water heater very last minute and even mopped my floors after! 10/10 experience!

Call Saturday night, water was gushing out of my water tank. Loui jumped on a video call right away walked me through shutting the water and gas. Came Sunday morning did an assessment, ordered a brand new 75 gallon water tank, came Monday afternoon, in and out, like ninjas!! Respectful to property, zero noise as I would describe it, changed the shutoff valve complimentary without me even thinking its important. Then calls 2 days later to check up on things. Heroes who don't wear capes. The tank and labor is one thing. Loui is for sure for the people. Might not see him for the same issue for another 10 years. But will def have L&B on speed daily for future plumbing issues. Highly recommend. Excellent experience, will be using exclusively going forward.

I highly recommend calling Louie if you need plumbing repairs in NYC. He explains situations clearly and offers possible solutions to let you make the best decision for you and won't pressure you into making a decision on the spot. He and his team are very responsive and great to work with.

Louie and his staff were friendly - honest and professional the moment I started working with his Team. They are well versed and are very quick/efficient. Thanks for everything! My go to contractor!
