Yes, there are currently several stunning listings featuring direct beach access, panoramic ocean views, and contemporary upgrades. Because of the road closure's due to the recent fires, some beaches you would want to consider for this are Latigo Beach, Point Dume, Broad Beach and County Line. Although the homes for sale in Carbon Beach are some of the most sought after in Malibu, right now it is advised to look to northern Malibu if you're seeking an immediate move in.

Great question! There are many great beaches in Malibu so you have a lot of options. However, there are a few that are more notable than others. Point Dume/Zuma: Point Dume offers many beautiful beaches to access. On the western side you have access to PDS, Westward and Zuma beach. These beaches offer great shore break surf, plenty of sand and volleyball + rock climing recreation. On the eastern side is Big Dume Beach and Little Dume, encloves with some of the best surf in California. Another famous Malibu beach is Carbon Beach. Probably the most expensive beach to live on in Malibu due to the architectural significance of the homes and its close vicinity to Los Angeles.
