About this business

The first thing you’ll want to consider when finding apartments near the DEPAUL University are how long it will take to get there. If your commute time is longer than 20 minutes, then you may want to look for housing closer to campus. Living further away from campus makes it difficult to get to class on time, and you may also have to spend more on gas than your budget can handle at APARTMENTS NEAR DEPAUl Campus. Contact Ion Lincoln Park for more information.

My daughter moved into ION in August of 2023. We worked with Ivana as we had some special requests due to health issues. Ivana helped us with placement and we are very happy. The building is secure and the common spaces are well maintained along with the apartment.
