Excellent place to live. Mitch guided as we embarked in an old historic church as their main modernized office building that was connected to the apartment suites. Mitch explained there were several types of courtyards as follows, swimming pool courtyard, boccee and firepit. Very nice amenties included a social area sports bar for their events with TV, shuffleboard, chairs and tables, craft, golf simulator & pet stations. They are close within walking distance of downtown Lees Summit restaurants and shopping. Please ask for Mitch ti show you around this beautiful community. The pictures include the Elevate 114 main sign on 2nd and Douglas and the front office door to meet with Mitch.
