We bought a pre-owned Omega here. From their website to the in-store experience and support afterwards, the experience was amazing. They even gave us the original box with all the materials, put on the alternate band, and were just great to work with. Special shout out to Traci, the Specialist who helped us during and after the sale. Highly, highly recommend Burdeens!

Wanted to give a shout out to Roberto. I purchased my Grand Seiko in the Burdeen's Chicago boutique back in 2022. Since then I have many times over the years come in to Buffalo Grove to look at watches without actually purchasing anything. Roberto always spent time showing me whatever I wanted and offering genuine insight on the options. One time he even noticed how loose my GS was and worked on getting it sized just right for me. Finally, a week ago I popped to get an Omega and he got me all set up with everything even though it was literally 5 minutes before close on a Wednesday. Didn't rush me or anything. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new piece to work with Roberto!

This establishment is all around incredible and very valuable to the local community. I got an expertly executed polish on a pre owned watch that I did not purchase from them.. Despite coming in for just a service, they were extremely inviting which is not the case with all upscale/authorized stores. Burdeen’s has an expansive space, staffed with enthusiastic experts that make the experience relaxed and personal. They have very nice (custom) pieces at discount in a designated display that temps me every visit. Shout out to Michelle for inspiring this (honest) review, look forward to working with you guys in near future.
