We are from Pennsylvania, and got a flat tire on our way camping, we called the Garage, and they took us at our convenience, the waiting room is comfortable , and they are reasonably priced. Too bad they are not located where we live, and they are a Christian business.
Owner reply: Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re glad we could help get you back on the road and keep your camping trip on track. It was a pleasure having you at The Garage, and we truly appreciate you trusting us while traveling from Pennsylvania. We’re grateful for your kind words about our team, waiting area, and pricing. Even though we may not be located near your home, please know you’re always welcome at The Garage whenever you’re in the area- Come visit anytime! Safe travels, and God bless you and your family!
I had some issues here, then the owner Jeff called me fully refunded my money. And apologized for what happened. He’s truly a stand up guy, and I appreciate everything he did for me. Very grateful for the way things were handled. Very professional and I would recommend The Garage for all your automotive needs. God bless everyone
Owner reply: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and, more importantly, for taking the time to have a conversation with me. I truly appreciate the opportunity to understand where we could have done better for you. As much as I would love to say we're perfect, we're not. Mistakes can happen, and when they do, we believe in owning them, taking responsibility, and doing everything we can to make things right. Unfortunately, in the world of automotive repair, things don't always go exactly as planned. What matters most is how we respond when something does go wrong and what we do collectively to resolve the situation. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We sincerely appreciate your business and your willingness to work with us. Colossians 3:13
