Advantage Home Contracting

My husband and I are very greatful to Sean, Jerry and Buck and lately to Remi. Jerry was in charge of the remodeling of my Screen porch now Sunroom. He was very thorough and detailed, leading the project. Sean the owner was on top of it, making sure our project came out successfully. The second review is for Remi who came inside the house to do a spectacular drywall repair. We are so blessed to have Advantage Home Contracting in Charlottesville, they are the best!! Updated a bathroom and repaired plumbing. Outstanding results, great communication, and incredibly professional team.

Owner reply: Thank you for your kind remarks and we are grateful for your business. Sean- Owner

Very easy to work with, and the deck went up quickly once the permit was approved. Excellent communication. The builders were great and made sure the deck was in perfect shape before they left. Would use again if I had space for another deck!

The estimator and the person who did my small job were very professional. Replaced two boards of damaged hardy plank. Good communication. The only question that couldn't be answered by the person who did the job was regarding a $25 "Truck Charge" on my invoice. Maybe a fuel surcharge? I did not follow up with anyone else on that question.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for you GREAT review. You are correct the $25 truck charge is for gas. Sean- Owner

Larry and Carl are top notch. All 3 bathrooms turned out great!
