Res Com Custom Builders

Very pleased with our detached garage addition. We had a lot of home renovation companies/builders look at the project, but we are glad we went with Paul and his team at Res Com

Owner reply: Thanks so much, we're thrilled to hear you're happy with your new detached garage. It was a pleasure working with you on the project, and we're glad you chose Res Com. Paul and the team appreciate the shoutout!

Res Com did a great job for us at a fair price. They did two major renovation projects for us and delivered on budget. We had normal course bumps in the road but they always made the necessary fixes and adjustments and communicated with us well.

Owner reply: Thank you for trusting Res Com with your renovation project! We're glad you're happy with the work and appreciated the communication along the way. It was a pleasure working with you!

We will certainly work with Res Com again for future home improvement projects. We added a second primary suite inside and an outdoor kitchen simultaneously. They were excellent communicators, partners in planning, and excelled at organization. As our first major project, we learned that we would have benefited from more scope definition up front, but they were flexible and worked with us. The scope and timeline stretched out, but overall, we were very pleased with the results.

Owner reply: Thank you for the thoughtful review! It was a pleasure working with you on such an exciting project. We appreciate your kind words about our communication and organization, and we’re glad you’re happy with the results. Looking forward to partnering with you again on future projects!

This company is not only professional and detail oriented but were very easy to work with. I will continue to use them for future projects and recommend them to everyone! So happy I found Res Com Custom Builders!

Thanks to the team at Res Com! They provided top-quality work for a fair price. I can see why they hold so many awards for their work. The bottom line for me? My wife was happy, and so was I.

Owner reply: Thank you! We’re so glad you and your wife are happy with the results. It means a lot to hear that, and we truly appreciate your kind words and support!
